Orange County Convention Center, will be the official host location of Space Mobility 2024. All Space Mobility events, receptions, and activities will be held conveniently at the event space*. Centrally located in Orlando, there are four official hotel options for attendees: Rosen Centre, Rosen Plaza, Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando and Tru by Hilton.
Food & Beverage
All Centerplate concessions, food courts and cafes on the OCCC campus will also be cashless. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Orange County Convention Center Parking
The West Building parking lot can be accessed several ways – via Exhibit Way (north entrance), via Convention Way (south entrance) and via West Entrance Drive off Westwood Boulevard.
Daily Parking Rates for Exhibitors
The Orange County Convention Center is now cashless and accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- $20.00 parking fee will apply to passenger vehicles.
- $40.00 parking fee will apply to oversized vehicles.
Orlando International Airport
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest and most convenient airport to Orange County Convention Center. MCO provides multiple forms of public transportation from the airport to surrounding areas and destinations.
Getting to/from the Airport to Downtown
Taxis
- Orlando International – Located on the A-Side and B-Side of the Terminal in the center of Arrivals Level (Level 2)
- Taxis may carry up to 9 passengers, and charge the same rate regardless of the number of passengers. All taxicabs picking up at the Airport are regulated by the City of Orlando’s Vehicle-for-Hire ordinance which requires fares to be determined by a taximeter.
